Furniture ad templates with the proof built in
Start with the question that could stop a furniture purchase. Each kit connects sample copy, a three-frame shot list and the product facts your landing page needs. Open a brief below or download all three for your team. No email or account required.
These are original illustrative templates, not customer campaigns or reported results. Replace bracketed fields with verified details before publishing. Photography concepts elsewhere in this library are illustrative too.
01 · Floor-sample sofa campaignWhat exactly am I buying, and what condition is it in?
A specific showroom sofa is available for sale. Lead with the actual item and its condition, then the confirmed price. A generic room render cannot establish the condition of a floor sample.
Measure: Confirmed appointments to inspect this item, followed through to sold units.

See this floor-sample sofa up close
Our [model] floor-sample sofa is available at [showroom] for [confirmed price]. See its dimensions, fabric and current condition, then ask us to confirm availability before you visit. [Accurate pickup or delivery terms].
Action: Check this sofa’s availability
Three-frame shot list
- Frame 1 — Photograph the actual sofa in full, with its correct cushion count, arms and legs visible. Identify it as a floor sample on the creative.
- Frame 2 — Show the seat, upholstery and any wear at an honest distance and in clear light. Do not digitally remove defects or substitute an unmarked stock photo.
- Frame 3 — Show the dimensions and the confirmed price beside the same item. End with the availability action, not a countdown you cannot substantiate.
Gather the proof
- Record the item or SKU, location, condition photos and the time availability was checked. Name who will pause the campaign after it sells.
- Confirm what is included, the price, pickup or delivery charges, and the applicable return terms before using them in copy.
- Use a comparison price or percentage saving only when you can substantiate the reference price. Otherwise show the actual selling price alone.
Keep the landing-page promise
Send visitors to this item’s page: current condition photos, width/depth/height, price, included pieces, availability timestamp, fulfilment terms and a direct availability request. Confirm stock before treating a request as an appointment.
Test one decision
Compare a full-sofa opening image with a detail-led opening image. Keep the item, price, audience, destination and body copy fixed. Measure confirmed inspection appointments and sold units; do not choose a winner from cheaper clicks alone.
When to pause: Pause when the item sells or its condition, price or availability changes. An unavailable sample should not keep collecting appointments.
02 · Local furniture delivery campaignCan you deliver to me, what does it cost, and will it fit through the door?
You serve a defined delivery area and can explain the actual delivery process. This example uses a dining set; adapt it to stocked products your team can fulfil.
Measure: Qualified delivery inquiries for supported postcodes, followed through to completed orders.

Plan your dining-set delivery
Considering the [collection] dining set? Check delivery to [verified service area], see what is included, and review the table and chair dimensions before you order. Ask for a delivery quote for your postcode and access requirements.
Action: Check delivery to your postcode
Three-frame shot list
- Frame 1 — Show the exact table and number of chairs included in the promoted set. Label accessories that are styling only.
- Frame 2 — Show table and chair dimensions from the product specification. Include the extended table length only if this exact model extends.
- Frame 3 — Explain the confirmed service area and the postcode-check action. Use a real delivery or assembly photo only if it represents the service being offered.
Gather the proof
- Verify eligible postcodes, current stock and how the team confirms a delivery slot. Do not turn an estimated window into a guaranteed arrival date.
- State charges, stairs or access surcharges, room-of-choice service, assembly and packaging removal as applicable. Do not imply these are included if they are optional.
- Gather packaged dimensions, doorway and stair measurements, and the process for checking access. A room scene shows styling, not proof the furniture will fit.
Keep the landing-page promise
Land on the collection or delivery page with the same set, service-area information, fees or quote process, stock status and access checklist. Ask for postcode and relevant access details at inquiry time; confirm the quote before promising fulfilment.
Test one decision
Compare a product-led opening with a delivery-process opening. Keep the service terms, collection, audience and destination fixed. Track supported-postcode inquiries and completed orders, including lost inquiries caused by fees or unavailable slots.
When to pause: Revise or pause when stock, delivery coverage, fees or realistic timing changes. Never advertise a delivery promise the fulfilment team cannot confirm.
03 · New furniture collection campaignWill this collection work together in my room, and what is included?
A coordinated collection is ready to browse with verified specifications and availability. This example uses a bedroom collection and does not need a discount to have a useful story.
Measure: Collection purchases, or qualified collection consultations if your store sells through appointments. Choose one before launch.

Build your bedroom around [collection]
Explore the [collection] bedroom range in [verified finish]. Compare the bed, bedside table and dresser dimensions, choose the pieces your room needs, and check current availability. Pieces and styling accessories are [accurate inclusion terms].
Action: Compare the collection pieces
Three-frame shot list
- Frame 1 — Establish the room using only pieces that belong to the collection. Keep the bed size, furniture proportions and finish faithful to source photos.
- Frame 2 — Show one verifiable construction or finish detail. Do not call a veneer product solid wood or imply an unverified certification.
- Frame 3 — Show the individual pieces with names and dimensions. Make it clear whether the price is for a set or a single piece, and whether bedding and accessories are included.
Gather the proof
- Create a piece-by-piece list of SKUs, sizes, finishes, materials, prices, included items and availability. Confirm that photography represents the variants being sold.
- For generated room scenes, compare silhouette, drawer count, handles, legs and color with the source product. Treat the scene as styled illustration, not a measurement reference.
- Only mention swatches, assembly, storage features or matching pieces that are actually offered. Distinguish an in-stock piece from a made-to-order item.
Keep the landing-page promise
Use the matching collection page with individual prices and dimensions, variant selectors, stock or lead times, inclusion labels and links to each piece. Help visitors build the same room without making them search the whole catalog.
Test one decision
Compare a coordinated-room opening against an individual-piece opening. Keep the collection, offer, audience, copy and destination fixed. Review purchases or qualified consultations, and log questions about size, matching finishes or missing pieces.
When to pause: Update the campaign when a featured piece or finish becomes unavailable. Avoid sending visitors to a room they cannot assemble from the advertised collection.
The editable download includes a handoff worksheet for stock checks, tracking, test limits and results. Use a controlled experiment where available; uneven ad delivery is not a fair comparison. Record inconclusive results when there is too little evidence.
